Position Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Life Time, you will provide overall support to the Talent Acquisition team in the areas of customer service, candidate sourcing, candidate scheduling & communication, social media, administration, ing, and other support functions as assigned.
You will works closely with applicants, candidates, recruiters, talent sourcers and human resources to support Life Time’s hiring needs.
The TA Specialist will manage the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process, from posting jobs and scheduling interviews to bringing new team members on board.
