Position Overview : As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates daily.

This position demands a high level of communication, attention to detail, and activity. You will also interact with customers, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

What We Offer :

• Competitive base salary $65,000 – $70,000 / year with uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and screen qualified candidates using job board databases such as Craigslist, CareerBuilder, and Indeed
• Interact with clients to determine specific needs and provide staffing solutions
• Perform complete onboarding and hiring processes, including payroll documentation and reference checks
• Ensure accurate data entry of employment applications into the ATS to comply with State and Federal tax regulations and DOT regulations for commercial drivers
• Process and complete tax paperwork using E-Verify to ensure compliance with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
• Screen candidates through phone interviews, in-person interviews, and assessments to determine job fit
• Assist in the collection and client approval of electronic timecards weekly, ensuring payroll accuracy for the branch
• Meet KPI metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting within the Staffing industry, preferably recruiting for administrative roles
• Proficiency in sourcing and using various recruitment tools
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new systems quickly
• High level of organization and sense of urgency to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent professional interaction skills and strong phone and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
• Creative, energetic, and positive attitude
