Your Role
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This position will play a critical role in sourcing top talent and supporting our business objectives and overall mission.
You will collaborate closely with internal technical teams and hiring managers, attend local events, and proactively engage with talent resources.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for talent acquisition and commitment to proactive candidate and customer engagement, coupled with excellent interpersonal / communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (i.e. business administration, marketing, public relations, human resources, etc.
1-3 years of professional experience within recruitment, sales, or related. Life science background is a plus but not required.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to finding the best fit for both our organization and candidates.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze hiring needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Familiar with applicant tracking systems and other relevant TA tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Goal and results oriented, go-getter attitude. Must be able to attend local events.
