Job Title : Onboarding Navigator / HR Admin

Job ID : 146217

Location : Fort Worth

Pay : $18 – $20 / hr, based on experience

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am-5pm

Duration : Approximately 3-6 months

Job Description : Support the Recruiters with onboarding, managing backgrounds and other onboarding items. Setting up appointments, completing follow ups and always documenting.

Go through applications and sourcing

Help with onboarding

Looking on job boards, calling new hires to set up appointments, starting background checks.

Requirements :

Must have 2-3 years experience

Great Data Entry

A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity

Enjoy working with people and providing customer service

Ability to maintain confidentiality

No visible tattoos or piercings

Must have high school diploma or GED

Sense of urgency must be able to work in a fast paced environment
