Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to lead as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business leaders and HR, delivering innovative recruitment solutions to help the business achieve key strategic objectives.

The Talent Acquisition Director will leverage their expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing top talent to identify and attract the best candidates for critical roles within the company.

The ideal candidate will be local to Nashville and have at least five years’ experience recruiting in the healthcare / post-acute care industry.

Responsibilities / Primary Duties

Core Duties

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for all positions across all divisions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through a variety of methods, including sourcing databases, referrals, networking, social media and external staffing partners.
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and ensure an efficient and smooth recruiting process.
• Collaborate with the HR Department to identify and implement process improvements that will enhance the candidate’s experience and increase the overall efficiency of the recruiting process.
• Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality.

Strategic Growth

• Establish and maintain a robust and diverse candidate pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Innovate and implement policies and programs to meet organizational business needs.
• Develop an effective network of key talent from competitors and industry leaders.
• Maintain visibility to top internal talent as potential candidates for internal mobility.
• Manage relocation and immigration programs

Analytics / Technology

• Manage recruiting data and metrics and provide regular s to leadership on the status of open positions and the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to provide solutions and recommendations to leadership.
• Build strategic partnerships and leverage technology to enhance recruitment efficiency

Recruiting Team

Lead the Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuring ongoing development, engagement, performance, and effectiveness.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

Experience :

• 5 years of recruitment experience in healthcare, post-acute care or related industry
• Multi-state and multi-site experience
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS)
• PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Google Sheets and Docs

• Ability to think critically and analytically
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently to keep track of multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
