PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas.

Job Type : Full time; contract (12 months)
Schedule : Onsite 1st shift 9×80
Location : Fort Worth, TX 76118
Pay : $25.00-$45.00 per hour
Job Description :
Position responsibilities include :
Assist in the administration the company’s contingent workforce program. Assist in the assessment of programs and tools to build capabilities of leaders and employees to achieve business goals.
Focus areas include networking with contract supply houses, recruiting efforts, onboarding activities, and new hire paperwork.
Serve as the content and technical expert regarding the hiring of non-employees including : requisition creation, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, completion of new hire paperwork and onboarding for non-employees.
Maintain strict confidentiality with employee and customer information
Design, implement and administer core process improvements
Manage and maintain new requests for contingent workers.
Develop and execute recruiting plans to support hiring strategies.
Partner with Indirect Center of Excellence (ICOE) to create and maintain relationships with the appropriate contract houses.
Avoid legal challenges by understanding and enforcing regulations related to fair recruitment practices (Complies with all federal, state, and company policies and procedures such as OFCCP, EEO, ADA, FLSA)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and staffing suppliers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATONS :
Minimum of one year Human Resources experience in Aerospace and Defense.
EDUCATION :
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Pay Details : $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
