Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Manager , you will guide and inspire a team of recruiters committed to bringing top professionals into our dynamic organization.
As a key player on our TA team, you’ll be responsible for shaping our talent strategy, attracting top candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
You will bring your talents in managing co-op and internship programs, problem-solving, and prioritization to our team.
Position location – This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule. You can expect to work Tuesday – Thursday onsite at one of our hub offices ( Oak Creek, WI;
Deerfield, IL; Maumee, OH ; North Olmsted, OH ) while Monday and Friday are remote.
