Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Use digital analytics for insights and decision-making.
- Manage email, SEO, and paid social campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams for brand consistency.
- Organize and oversee marketing campaign schedules.
- Analyze audience behavior for targeted engagement.
- Resolve campaign issues with attention to detail.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads).
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Salary :
$95,000 to $115,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
Location :
- Hybrid work model : remote and Miami office.
- Some travel required (25%).
