The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for combining technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills to assist in the creation of effective learning experiences for Win’s employees.
This position will work closely with the Director of Learning & Development to assess organization-wide developmental needs and drive training initiatives.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the use of the LMS system, including training users and troubleshooting common issues.
The Learning & Development Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring staff’s participation in all learning opportunities and ing on key performance indicators.
