A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition (Contract).Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with department managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteriaManage job posting, advertisement processes, and scheduling interviewsSupport DE&I initiatives, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain recruiting databasesRequired Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience recruiting in the telecommunications or Data Center industry preferredAt least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferredExperience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) highly preferred – Greenhouse experience given preferenceBilingual French / English strongly preferred
