As a Digital Marketing Specialist , your creativity will be the driving force behind creating engaging content that captures our audience’s attention and heart.

We’re looking for someone who is not only a wordsmith for various written materials but also someone who possesses a keen eye for visual storytelling through photos and videos and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce well-crafted and engaging written content for the website, blogs, social media posts, display ads, product and service pages, and email campaigns.
• Create compelling and high-quality content across various formats, including video, photography, infographics, and podcasts.
• Optimize all content for search engines to increase visibility and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
• Ensure that all content is aligned with the company’s brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging, contributing to a consistent brand identity.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and maintain relationships with followers and influencers to build brand loyalty.
• Strategize and execute the distribution of content across various channels to ensure a steady flow of content is being created, distributed, and published.
• Work closely with creative team members to produce visually appealing and cohesive content.
• Stay informed with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in content marketing and adapt strategies accordingly to keep the content relevant.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Content Creation, Copywriting & Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to produce a wide range of content types, including blog posts, social media content & email campaigns.
• Experience using social media platforms for content distribution and engagement, preferably Sprout Social.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Graphic Design & Video Editing software, preferably Adobe Products & Figma
• Certifications in content marketing from notable platforms such as HubSpot or Content Marketing Institute.
• Familiarity with Content Management systems, preferably WordPress.
• Experience with SEO and the ability to optimize content for search engines.

Salary

This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and / or other benefits.

• Base salary range : $72,000 – 79,000
• Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized) : $94,125 – $102,525
