A company is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to meet hiring goalsCoordinate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria and conduct interviewsSource applicants through online channels and maintain recruitment recordsRequired Qualifications : 2+ years of Healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in roles such as Coding, CDI, Auditors, etcExperience utilizing social media for recruitment, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etcStrong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsHigher Education (two or four-year college degree) or equivalent work experience
