The Marketing Associate must be a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, who can support the firm’s business development efforts with marketing, graphics, research and communications skills. Specifically, the role supports the brokerage operations in the Toronto West office developing presentations, collateral and sales tools; coordinates client engagement activities, events, PR/media; and supports as-needed regional and departmental marketing initiatives.
The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated to be between $50,000 to $62,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all Canadian locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity.
