Staffing Solutions Enterprises is excited to partner with our local client to identify a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist! This role manages, tracks, and oversees the entire recruitment process.
This is an onsite role in the Cleveland Heights area with the opportunity to work one day remotely after training.
What you’ll need to succeed!
- Excellent communication skills!
- 4 years of recruiting experience with high-volume recruiting
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing concepts and technique
- Experience working with an ATS system Some of your day-to-day responsibilities :
- Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Create and post internal employment opportunities and external advertisements as needed
- Conduct reference and criminal background checks as needed
- Build relationships and partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions to create a pipeline of talent for open positions Yearly compensation is $73K-$80K.
