The Sponsor provides an environment for concept incubation, prototype evaluation, and pilot execution in the effort to advance technical intelligence, tradecraft, capabilities, and techniques.

The efficiencies gained by collocating technical tradecraft capabilities with new employee training and development provides a comprehensive perspective of exactly what new employees may encounter when they go to the field.

The Software Developer will collaborate with team members, customers, service providers and developers to identify requirements;

identify new opportunities as technologies develop to recommend for implementation. They will analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

They will advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software systems. They will analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan specifications and layouts.

They will confer with IT professionals / project managers to design system, define performance requirements, interfaces and obtain information on limitations and capabilities for IT projects.

The Software Developer will consult with customers about software system design and maintenance. They will consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance.

They will consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems.

The Software Developer will coordinate installation of software system. They will coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.

They will design, develop, and modify software systems and measure outcome and consequences of design. They will design, develop, and maintain tools within various network environments, including the cloud environment.

They will develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. They will estimate software development costs and schedule for tools development.

The Software Developer will evaluate factors such as ing formats required, cost constraints, and need for security restrictions to determine software / hardware configuration.

They will modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance. They will prepare s and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, and status.

They will review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improve current techniques.

They will store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. They will train users to use new or modified equipment.

1.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience describing complex technical matters to non-technical trained staff. 2.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in the design, setup, and operation of technical demonstrations.

3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience incorporating multiple technologies for novel solutions. 4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience enacting ad-hoc technical experiments to test tradecraft concepts.

5.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with Open source Operating systems (i.e. CentOS Linux, Ubuntu Linux). 6.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with implementing Docker containers and Vagrant environments to ship and deploy software packages.

7.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with JavaScript. 8.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with Java EE. 9.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with Python.
