Position Overview :

Trail Life USA is seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission and skilled in driving engagement through various digital marketing channels.

You will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and drive membership growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and the Trail Life USA website.
• Manage and grow Trail Life USA’s social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and newsletters, that resonate with our audience.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular s and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
• Optimize website content for SEO and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, continually seeking ways to improve our strategies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to Trail Life USA’s mission and values.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in the non-profit sector or working with youth organizations.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
• Graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• A current or past member of Trail Life is a major plus
