Our client, an enterprise Fortune 500 company is looking to hire a Director of Engineering to join their Engineering department.

This Director of Engineering will oversee multiple Software Engineering teams that focus on developing applications used by millions of customers on a weekly basis.

This Director of Engineering should have plenty of experience overseeing high impact software projects and experience building strong teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 10+ years of building and overseeing largescale software products
• 5+ years of experience overseeing teams building Web applications
• 2+ years of experience in a Director role overseeing Engineering Managers.
• Knowledge of technologies like JavaScript, React, Nodejs, GraphQL, REST APIs, Java, MongoDB, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.
• Ability to drive strategic direction
• Experience working with Architecture teams to ensure best practices and processes
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior Enterprise level experience
• Financial industry experience
