Our fashion client has an incredible career opportunity for a talented and passionate Head of Marketing to join their successful business. This role will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies and work with the Creative Lead to set the creative direction and execute engaging marketing content. The successful candidate will drive excellence through marketing to grow sales, share of market and maximise return on investment. Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Communications – Development of integrated marketing and communications strategies.
• Brand Guardianship – Appropriate, consistent positioning of the brand across all marketing and communications in line with wider business strategy.
• Social and Media Strategy – Lead the development and execution of content and social media to grow the digital footprint, increase brand awareness and maximise engagement.
• Marketing activity – Management of all advertising creative. Develop, recommend, and oversee store marketing in conjunction with Retail teams. Own and control the marketing department’s budgets.
• Leadership and Teamwork – Work closely with direct s, peers, and Leadership team.
• Brand Direction – Work with the Creative Lead on the seasonal creative direction. Development and delivery of seasonal product campaigns.
