We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Publishing Coordinator to join our talented team in Australia. ing to the Partner Publishing Director for APAC, the Publishing Coordinator will provide general administrative support to our editorial team, contributing to the overall success of the program and team objectives.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Compiling data into professional s and presentations for clients
• Scheduling, preparing agendas and taking minutes for both client and internal meetings
• Maintaining data on a number of internal systems
• Assisting in the preparation of publishing proposals in order to help secure new business
• Contributing to the smooth roll out of new projects and procedures
• Using global information systems and networks of colleagues in order to locate information required to support the team
• Handling routine queries from colleagues and clients

What We Look For

• Ability to support a busy team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Demonstrate a high degree of independence but actively seek support when needed
• Very strong communication skills- ability to communicate clearly, unambiguously and concisely to internal colleagues and also clients including academics, researchers etc
• Proven success in a client-focused position
• Very strong attention to detail
• Confident with a can-do-attitude who can present well with internal and external clients
• Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
