Bilingual Admin Assistant – Sales Support Job at Orlando, FL US Full Time
One Fat Frog is seeking an experienced Bilingual Sales Admin Asst to support our operation in Orlando, FL. You are a pivotal member to our team, ensuring that the sales floor is running smoothly, and efficiently. Preferred language is Spanish.

Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule Sales Managers.
- Prepare job quotations and submittals.
- Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins and handling complaints timely and accurately.
- Submit documentation to lenders as needed.
- Must feel comfortable communicating via phone.
- Facilitating tag and title procedures.
- Supporting the sales team by facilitating paperwork and data entry.
- Creating and managing quotes and invoices in our CRM.
- Maintain all files for finance and sales.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Intermediate math skills are required.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent organization is required.
- Superior time management skills are required.
- Must be discreet in handling the private financial information of clients.
