The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist with driving local efforts to support our client’s global recruiting and marketing goals.

This individual will support in developing resources, delivering trainings, and enhancing the communication between the global team and local recruiting and marketing teams.

This candidate will also help execute paid social media advertising campaigns and develop a strategy to track and measure the impact of the social media channels on the overall business.

They will also be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns for their career groups – crafting messaging, building assets, updating lists, and also doing the ing.

Responsibilities :

• Creativity and problem solving
• Email marketing
• Social media content creation
• Analyzing marketing campaigns / data analysis
• Attention to detail
• Branding and design
• Communicating clearly and effectively
• Supporting projects and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
• Challenging traditional thinking and pushing for better outcomes

Experience :

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally someone with experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
• Project management skills and organization
• Passion for working with a diverse network
