We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team at Aquatest Inc. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding environmental services. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, while also promoting company products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
• Provide accurate information about company products and services
• Assist customers with placing orders or scheduling services
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
