GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

ADE Systems, Inc. is one of the largest HVAC manufacturer’s representatives in the New York Metro and Northern New Jersey area who is seeking Product / Sales Managers with a technical background to join our growing team in our Sayreville, NJ office.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the sales and growth of their product groups.

Responsibilities will include :

• Develop marketing campaign to increase sales of products
• Working with estimating department evaluating projects being bid, creating strategic bids and pre purchase packages
• Working with the sales team in following up on projects bid, joint sales calls, product awareness
• Working with manufacturers providing market feedback and product development
• Working with the engineering team to increase specifications, joint sales calls, product awareness
• Work with warehouse manager on inventory levels / new products to inventory
• Create quarterly sales s, project status s, campaign updates and submit to upper management for review
• Create new sales channels, increase customer base and develop pre-purchase network
• Coordinate product trainings, lunch n learns, factory visits
• Create / maintain promotional items, displays, website content, presentations, completed project profiles, customer database, advertising content
