This growth has created the opportunity to select and retain a number of experienced Delivery Managers who will support the Delivery teams (partners, and internal implementation experts)

The Opportunity

The Delivery Manager is closely involved in a number of complex and concurrent software implementation projects, working in strong partnership and collaboration with both the company’s delivery team, system integration partners and customer stakeholders alike.

The Delivery Manager will support adherence to the client agreed scope, timelines and budget, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction driven from clear communication, delivering on commitments and professionalism with internal and external parties

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

• Total obsession about achieving if not exceeding implementation targets and commitments made to clients and stakeholders.
• Managing a project portfolio ensuring quality, on-time and on-budget implementations using all resources available. You will be closely linked to approximately 20+ project on which you will promote strict change control and effective project governance
• Collaborating with Service Delivery Managers and Support teams to manage escalations with a view to minimising implementation issues
• Demonstrate thought leadership to resolve customer & business challenges; proactively address project escalations
• Providing coaching and mentoring to improve performance and drive career development

The Delivery Manager Skills and Experience

• Strong background in leading SaaS implementation projects including experience developing project team structures and governance models
• Demonstrated experience in successfully dealing with escalation management at all project levels
• Comfortable interacting with all organisational levels at clients, partners or internal teams
• Ability to forecast and deliver on targets on a quarterly basis
• IDEAL: 5+ years of experience in human capital management applications – SAAS preferred
• IDEAL: Consulting and management experience in a SaaS environment
• IDEAL: Experience with one or more of the following applications: Success Factors, Workday, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Frontier, Human Force, ADP
