Job Summary: – The main role is to interact with patients, providing information in response to inquiries and handling complaints. – Responsible for determining the patient’s issue, offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. – The role may include inbound, outbound, or a combination of both types of calls. – Job responsibilities include providing patient education on valvular heart disease and company products, responding to inquiries, referring grievances to appropriate departments, keeping records of interactions, and collaborating with employees across all business units. – Skills required include verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage one’s time. – Must be able to accurately document and record customer/client information into a CRM. – Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams is preferred. – The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED. – Requires 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center or healthcare setting.
