Medical Marketing Agency Hiring for Medical Assistant/Receptionist at Aliso Viejo, CA Full Time
Job Description We are looking for a dynamic, caring medical assistant to join our team. Must have back office medical experience.
Hours: 4 Days a week
Monday 8:30 – 5:00
Wednesday 8:30 – 5:00
Thursday 8:30 – 5:00
Every other Friday 8:30 – 2:00
Starting wage $23 an hour with room to grow.
90 day trial period
Core responsibilities
- Taking medical histories.
- Taking vitals
- Explaining treatment procedures to patients.
- Preparing patients for examinations.
- Assisting the physician during examinations.
- Instructing patients about medication and special diets.
- Occasionally answering phone
- Assisting with Insurance preauthorization’s
- Using computer applications
- Answering telephones (occasionally)
- Welcoming patients
- Updating and filing patient medical records
