Role Description: The Customer Service Administrator

• Provides process-level and project-level support for Customer Engagement Platforms

• Monitors email and ServiceNow ticketing system to answer customer service inquires from internal stakeholders and website users

• Monitors team inboxes and triages to appropriate team member

• Provide logistical and follow up support for live events planning

• Ensures appropriate resources such as editorial calendars, monthly s, and department plans are current and centrally located

• Organizes team meetings from gathering agenda topics to updating presentation slides

• Updates appropriate resources such as editorial calendars and department plans as requested

• Complete data entry requests as needed, supporting Customer Engagement Platforms

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1 to 3 years of related customer service or administrative assistant experience

Required Skills Include:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and task follow-through

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
