Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Document conversations and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Assist with scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations.
- Provide support and guidance to members regarding services and insurance coverage.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
