Documenting and tracking all interactions to ensure accurate follow-up and resolution.
Guiding members through their benefits, policies, and procedures, while also connecting them with the resources they need for optimal health outcomes.
Building trust and rapport with members to create a supportive and caring environment.
Anticipating and addressing customer needs proactively to enhance their experience.
Educating both members and providers on self-service options and assisting with credentialing and recredentialing matters.
Collaborating with internal teams to handle claim referrals, complaints, appeals, and other inquiries effectively.
Contributing to the preparation of s and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Healthcare Call Center Representative Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a call center or retail setting, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
Comfortable working in a production-focused environment with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes is a plus.
