Job Description We are searching for an office MA to help carry out ancillary tasks in the office, including but not limited to:
- Receive and distribute large amount of incoming faxes relating to patient information via EMR system.
- Assists if needed with Medical Records, Prior Authorizations, etc.
This is a highly Patient Care/Customer Service focused position.
We love our patients and want to provide them with the best care and experience possible!! Key Success Factors:
- Must be comfortable speaking with patient(s) and home health(s) on the phone.
- Skill in the use of computers and related software applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent attention to details
- Clear critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
