Are you a Logistics Coordinator with experience in scheduling truck shipments, onboarding new carriers, negotiating rates and are proficient in Excel?

salary : $20.5 – $21 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 7 AM – 3 : 30 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

Scheduling of trucks to come in and pick up outbound shipments to customers

Onboarding of new carriers / trucking companies

Negotiating rates / costs per lane with carriers

Updating spreadsheets with information pertaining to OTR (Over The Road) Cost Comparisons when provided by the carriers, and price per lane in Ikat.

Updating FSC costs for each Carrier every Tuesday using the FSC matrix’s provided by the carrier

Printing and processing trucking invoices as received and matching them with BOL’s, entering them into the syste

Scanning invoices and sending them to our Wisconsin plant every Wednesday

Daily to KSU, listing out all orders that did not ship as planned

During Promo periods, coordinate offsite warehouse shipments with carriers and track said orders
