What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer incoming phone calls via a multiline telephone system
• Prepare and provide internal and external written correspondence via email
• Assist customers, dealers, and submission centers with their accounts and submissions
• Answer customer inquiries about products and services offered
• Make recommendations to customers to provide optimal product satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of previous customer service/call center experience or relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn, gain, and retain product and procedural knowledge
• High attention to detail and quality focused
• High School diploma or equivalent

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in collectibles or authentication industry
• Knowledge of coin, banknotes, comic books, video games, trading cards, sports cards, stamps, or related collectibles
