Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Logistics Associate to manage and oversee all aspects of inventory, including receipt, storage, dispatch, and shipping of goods.

This role is critical for ensuring efficient, safe, and organized logistics operations, supporting production and customer delivery in a professional manner.

Essential Duties :

• Handle the accurate and timely shipping and receiving of materials, including processing shipments and maintaining documentation.
• Ensure the security and organization of the warehouse and manage inventory control.
• Support continuous improvement programs and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system standards.
• Perform general maintenance of the warehouse and equipment, as well as specific tasks such as vehicle logs and building upkeep.

Requirements / Skills :

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.
• At least two years of relevant logistics or warehouse experience.
• Proficient in safety protocols and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Must possess a good driving record; CDL and Forklift Truck License a plus.

Physical Requirements :

• Able to lift and move items up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Regularly required to use hands to operate tools and office equipment.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Exposure to warehouse conditions including noise, dust, variable temperatures, and tight spaces.
