Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Implementing APL 22-008: Non-Emergency Medical and Non-Medical Transportation Services and Related Travel Expenses, including updates to policies and procedures (P&P) and providing implementation support.

Addressing unresolved issues with PHC related to Major Organ Transplant under APL 21-015: Benefit Standardization/CalAIM.

Finalizing UM letter templates as required by APL 21-011: Grievance and Appeal Requirements, Notice And “Your Rights” Templates.

Coordinating benefits and resolving NCAL CCS billing issues for Hearing Aid services.

Providing audit support, particularly in the areas of provider enrollment, MOT, and other relevant subject matter expertise (SME).

Updating TPMG Medi-Cal Provider Manual.

Qualifications

Experience in Medi-Cal, Health Plan, and Consulting.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to connect the dots across functional areas.

Active listening, inquisitive, and curious nature with a genuine interest in thoroughly understanding project requirements.

Previous experience with Kaiser is beneficial.

Proficiency in creating deliverables by understanding requirements, conducting gap analysis, documenting necessary changes for the KP system, and developing work plans.

Experience in implementation planning.

Effective identification and communication of project risks.

Advantageous to have experience in Healthcare Operations.

Helpful to have experience in data analytics.
