In this strategic position , you will lead talent acquisition for the DOCR, creating an environment that generates robust talent pipelines for an agency with more than 900 team members.

In this critical role, you will create and implement an overall talent acquisition strategy and introduce a talent sourcing blueprint for hard to fill jobs, best practices, technologies, provide leadership for user adoption of new acquisition models, and build partnerships with industry and career networks to help fill Team DOCR talent needs.

While much of the work is strategic, you will have a talent acquisition portfolio and partner with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to implement DOCR strategies and fill all critical position needs.

Thus far in your career, you have been highly successful transforming talent acquisition from post and hope for the best to sourcing talent for critical hard to fill jobs regularly.

You must be experienced using the most current candidate sourcing methodologies and when those who know you talk about collaborators and innovators, your name is top of the list.
