Residential Financing Specialist is Looking For National Bank at Montreal,QC Full Time

A career at National Bank means having a direct impact on clients. As a Residential Financing Specialist, you’ll support clients in the branch by offering quality advisory services about mortgage credit. You’ll work in synergy with your colleagues to identify and meet the residential financing needs of clients that are referred to you or that you contact. You’ll also refer clients to your expert colleagues for their specialized needs. 

Your role 

• Help clients develop residential financing strategies for their internal renewal and refinancing transactions and ensure that their banking, financing and coverage needs are met 
• Identify clients’ financial needs and refer them to your expert colleagues for their specialized needs 
• Rigorously apply the established processes and procedures and ensure compliance and risk management rules in effect are followed 
• Continuously develop and update your knowledge of National Bank financing solutions 

Your team 

You’ll  to a Residential Financing Manager and work on a specialized team. You’ll work with the entire branch team and various financial experts to meet all our clients’ financial needs. The branch is located in Montreal North Central.  

Prerequisites 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience 
• Two years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services 
• Knowledge of credit solutions and mortgage financing products
• Interest in working on a team
