Full Job Description of Work: In the role of Customer Service Advocate, you will be a trustworthy point of contact for our customers, and the ultimate advocate for their best interests. Working independently, you will understand customer requirements, queries, and proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns.
What can you expect from the position?
– Conduct validation research using resources included – but not limited to – the internet, phone, email, and other reference tools.
– Provide customer assistance customer via phone, email or chat.
– Partner with Customer Service, Business Unit contacts, and Trade Credit to resolve customer set-up concerns.
– Relentlessly advocate for the customer experience by challenging the status quo and providing feedback for process improvements.
– Utilize Oracle order entry screens to update the customers sales order as necessary to book the order.
– Keep current with departmental best practices and business rules for account classification usage.
– Meet and exceed departmental goals and metrics.
What can you bring to the role?
– 2+ years as a customer service professional.
– High School diploma or equivalent required.
– Oracle and Salesforce knowledge a plus.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Ability to problem solve, work independently to identify, and resolve problems accurately, and analyze data from multiple sources.
– Ability to prioritize workload and keep an organized system of ongoing tasks.
