The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing the overall recruiting strategic direction for Solis’ centers, contact center and home office positions.
This includes working with leaders to understand needs and examining hiring trends to anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes.
Additional responsibilities include :
Building strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current as well as future hiring needs
Leading our sourcing strategies
Building partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and job boards
Developing a network of referred candidates and past applicants for future hires
Measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire etc.)
Managing, training and evaluating our recruiting team
Participating in and hosting recruitment events for driving our company’s awareness
Overseeing the candidate experience (e.g. application process, communications and interviews)
Partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to forecast our future hiring needs on the basis of our business growth strategies
Managing 3
party agencies
Implementing offline as well as online employer branding initiatives
Preparing, reviewing and monitoring our annual budget for recruitment
RESULTS MEASURE BY THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES :

Meets the hiring needs for the company
Functions in a player / coach role
Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization
Maintains fair and compliant employment processes and practices
Manages the TA team effectively
Implements plans to scale TA function to meet the needs of our rapidly growing organization
Collaborates with internal and external customers
Manages our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role
Minimum of 10 years recruiting experience is required with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases
BSc / MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field required
Healthcare experience strongly preferred
