Job Summary
Our client, a healthcare company located in Waltham, is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant for a 3-month assignment. In this role, you will serve as point of contact for all visitors and staff, as well as vendors and deliveries including office and kitchen supplies.
You will monitor supplies and order as needed, and be responsible for front office and reception duties. Additional administrative duties will be assigned as needed.
This role consists of a Tuesday – Thursday, 9 – 5 pm schedule and can compensate up to $26 hourly depending on experience.
