Beacon Hill Hiring for Office Assistant at New York, New York Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception : answer phone lines, greet and direct guests, and manage mail / packages
• Maintain reception, conference room, and kitchen appearance
• Reserve conference rooms, set up AV needs, order catering, and clean up after meetings
• Maintain inventory of office / kitchen supplies, restock areas, and place orders when needed
• Place and receive weekly grocery deliveries
• Liaise with building engineers for repairs and maintenance
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in a front facing capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Proactive induvial with a solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation / Benefits :

Up to $80-85K base depending on experience + bonus
