Total Wine & More is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist,to join our Field Talent Acquisition teamonsite in Bethesda, MD.

Youwill play a pivotal role in recruiting top talent for our retail stores. This entry to mid-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in recruiting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and contributing to the growth.

This role will to the Sr. Manager, Field Talent Acquisition. You will :

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

You will come with :

• Bachelor’s degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on agency, corporate, or retail recruitment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to maintain an elevated level of discretion and confidentiality.
