ABOUT THE JOB 

• Conduct campaign performance testing, optimisation, monitoring, and management.
• Setup, manage, and optimise campaigns using Google AdWords.
• Scrutinise analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics.
• Provide insights to improve website and landing page experience, focusing on driving maximum conversions at the lowest acquisition cost.
• Communicate effectively with the business regarding performance and key areas of focus.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities within paid media for the benefit of the business.
• Stay up to date in the fast-changing digital marketing environment.

ABOUT YOU

• Have 3+ years of experience in a digital agency or a similar digital marketing + PPC role.
• Experience in paid search campaign creation and analysis, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEO, and Web Development Paid (Magento preferred but not essential).
• GA4 experience is a must-have.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Familiarity with Meta and LinkedIn platforms is beneficial.
• Be Google AdWords & Analytics certified.
• Understand email marketing systems such as Klaviyo or similar.
• Exhibit a passion for digital marketing and possess deep knowledge of Search Marketing.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Work professionally and independently on short and long-term projects from concept to execution and analysis.
• Willingness to try new strategies and think outside the box.
• Manage time effectively to ensure high-quality client care.
• Go above and beyond the willing to assist the wider business outside of day-to-day responsibilities.
