Starting Pay $19.00 – $21.00 hourly (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Ensure logistics processes align with legal regulations and internal policies
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and shipping companies to ensure timely operations
• Optimize logistics systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
• Resolve issues concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records
• Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize procedures
• Prepare accurate invoices and ensure they match with shipping and receiving documentation
• Self Motivated

• Ability to multitask
• 9AM 5PM (with flexibility to stay later if needed)
• Good email etiquette
• Customer service experience
• Outgoing personality
• Knowledge of outlook, excel, and word
• Scheduling experience

• Experience in transportation industry is a plus
