A large Cold Chain Logistics company islooking for a Logistics Coordinator for their office in Chicago IL.The company has 6 offices worldwide.

You will work with a greatteam and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company.This is a fulltime position (not remote).

Theyare looking for a highly organized and detailoriented individual tojoin our team as a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinatorwill play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation ofour Cold Chain logistics processes by managing booking requestsverifying documents booking shipments and maintaining warehouseinventories.

The ideal candidate will possess excellentcommunication skills strong attention to detail and preferablysomeone who has Cold Chain Experience.

Also someone whocan operate forklift pallet jacks & able to lift up to60lbs.

Keyresponsibilities :

Received booking requests fromcustoms

verify documents with shippersconsignees & customs broker locally & internationally aswell.

Book shipments with airlines FedEx. Createawbs.

maintain warehouseinventories

able to operate forklift palletjacks & able to lift up to 60lbs

Minimumrequirement : familiar withemails

familiar withemails

should be fast in replying emails &chat messages.

able to work a extra timeoccasionally.

Easy to commute towork.

Working hours 9am to5 : 30pm

Salary Range : $45000 $60000 peryear
