About The Position
Fircrest Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide excellence in the guest experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests’ needs and expectations.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- One to two years relevant experience and/or training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Food Handlers and MAST Permit required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in private club preferred but not required
- Craft cocktail experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Learn and prepare FGC’s specialty mixers
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
