Job Description:

Stellantis Australia is seeking a Manager, Network Development who is responsible for partnering with the Sales and Aftersales teams with regard for the overall network representation, dealer facility and corporate identification compliance, dealer performance and best practice for our dealer network across all Stellantis NSC brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the Dealer Performance Improvement (DPI) process in alignment with the Senior Manager, Network Development to deliver quarterly reviews to the ELT and internal stakeholders with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure the compliance for all activities to mitigate risk during the DPI process.
• Prepare and provide monthly dealer performance reviews in conjunction with Stellantis Business Management Intelligence Services (BMI) partner to ELT and internal stakeholders.
• In conjunction with Regional Managers, review dealer’s monthly financial performance and formulate where necessary corrective actions to ensure dealer viability. Prepare monthly summary s for Head of Business Development – Sales and Head of Business Development – Aftersales on high priority financial KPI’s.
• Support the Regional Managers in applying annual review process to ensure dealers comply to Stellantis standards across sales, service and parts encompassing (but not limited to) process, administration, facility, CI and performance of dealers.
• Support Senior Manager, Network Development to ensure a timely roll out of the new Jeep and Stellantis Brand House corporate identification program within the allocated timeframe and budget.
• Ensure optimization of the Stellantis dealer network for sales, service and parts is maintained and co-ordinate new appointments, buy/sells and Dealer Principal changes.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree level qualified – required
• Master Degree level qualified – preferred
• 5 years or more within a similar role
• Financial ing and management experience, preferably in a performance related environment
• A sound understanding of the automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good understanding and interpretation of financial ing
• Excellent influencing and coaching skills
• Solutions driven
• Highly coordinated with excellent attention to detail
• Team player
• Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment
• Commercial awareness and business acumen
