We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will work on various top brands and client programs across the United States.

Our ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to succeed in a fun, fast paced and ever-changing atmosphere! This is a hybrid role.

Monday and Friday are work from home days. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are in-office days with the team.

Our Top Candidate Will :

Source and screen candidates using internal and external databases

Partner directly with hiring managers to identify top talent

Own their requisitions, from initial set-up to candidate step / status management

Explore unique sourcing opportunities and ways to connect with top talent

Deliver & hire candidates within Mosaic’s target timeframes

Qualifications

We Believe You Will Excel in this Role if You Have :

Previous Recruitment experience is ideal, but not required. We will train people with event or promotions agency experience, retail sales, service industry, customer service or outside sales experience

A love for networking, social media, and creative recruitment methods

A knack for match making (we set people up with the jobs of their lives!) and a curious personality

Working knowledge of email and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A strong team-oriented working style and someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment
