Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the Laminator Visual Management Board.

Ensuring that orders are batched and processed in a timely manner to attain a 98% or better On Time to promised date.

Maintain a Pull System atmosphere to facility a 98% or better On Time delivery to promised date.

Responsible for working with the Converting and Materials Manager to maintain Kanban and pull systems for WIP and FG.

Batch orders by using experience and knowledge to reduce NVA setup times and scrap.

Position will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining raw material stocking levels.

Work with R&D, Quality and Engineering to develop and document process capabilities.

Assist the accounting department on inventory adjustments / corrections and be available for month end and year end closings.

This may require working on year-end holidays.

Serve as an active participant in LSS programs that promote continuous improvement

Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules

Qualifications / Experience :

High School or equivalent Degree and experience in inventory control or related field would be a plus.

Basic math skills.

Strong computer skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel.)

Good working knowledge of the Oracle system preferred.
