They have helped protect homeowners from the costs of unexpected repairs to their home systems, lines, and appliances for over 30 years. They service over 1 million repair and maintenance plans in 16 states. They help homeowners avoid the hassle of finding a repair professional when an essential home system or appliance breaks down.
The Claims Specialist role offers the ability to work with a professional staff and provides ample room for career advancement. There is no cold calling or phone work, you will simply be handling all third party invoice and processing claims. Most importantly, you will be verifying information and reviewing the claim submissions.
REWARDS
- $18.00 hourly pay, increased to $22/hour once converted.

Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience working with claims or 3+ years administrative experience
- Must have willingness to gain knowledge of warranty products
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Willing and able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
- Must be able to commute to Naperville, IL
Responsibilities
- Handling the entire claims process
- Performing data entry, verifying warranty information, and reviewing claim submissions
- Verify claims and estimates for existing warranty claims following corrections
