We are hiring Customer Care Advocates for our Follow-up department in Cary, NC .
In this role , you will service our customer s via inbound phone calls from beneficiaries , attorneys, and families of deceased policy holders . You will initiate and follow up on the claim process for their life insurance policy, while also educat ing our customers on policy details and solving problems by putting customers at the heart of all you do .
In addition to that, you will review Group Life claims submission for completeness and accuracy. Records data in the Group Life Claims system for adjudication and determines if claim documentation will be further reviewed .

The wage for applicants for this position is $41,600.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
